Creating the conditions where people feel valued, connected, and motivated to do their best work.

Team and Leadership Development

Your team is only as strong as how well it's people work together.

Some challenges are best explored as a group. Some are best explored one person at a time. Most teams need both - see which focus resonates with you below.

Group Level

Working with your team

For a whole team, department, or leadership group — when the issue (or the opportunity) belongs to everyone in the room.

Workshops/Leadership Development Series

Hands-on, interactive sessions that build strong, effective teams through real discussion and discovery.

A 360-degree feedback assessment where the people around you - peers, direct reports, your manager - rate how your emotional intelligence actually shows up day to day. It's not a self-report; its how others really experience you, which surfaces the blind spots between your self-view and reality.

Group EQ-i 2.0 Reports

Individual EQ-i 2.0 assessments for each team member, rolled up into a team-level view - showing where the group's EQ strengths and gaps sit collectively, so you know what to build on and what's creating friction.

1:1 Level

One-on-One Coaching

Real change start with you, not a workshop or a framework. My 1:1 sessions cut through the noise and get to what's actually holding you back. We start where you are, not where you're supposed to be.

Coaching Only

Straight-up 1:1 coaching. No assessments, not extra paperwork - just dedicated time to work through what's actually going on and build a plan to move forward.

Good for Leaders who already know that they want to work on and want a sounding board with accountability built in.

Coaching  + EQ-i 2.0

Same 1:1 coaching, plus the EQ-i 2.0 assessment - a real read on how you operate under pressure, not just how you think you show up. We use the results as a starting point, then build your coaching around what it actually shows.

Good for Leaders who want to skip the guesswork and start with data on their people skills instead of assumptions.

Leadership Development Series

Ideal for groups of 6–12 people · Offered virtually as a series or as a full-day workshop

60–90 minutes per session.

bRAIN-BASED LEADERSHIP & POWER SKILLS

Session 1: Brain-Based Leadership & the SCARF Model

Every leader reacts under pressure - the SCARF model shows you exactly why, breaking down the five domains that trigger your brain's threat-or-reward response before you've even had a change to think. Once you can name what's driving a reaction, yours or someone else's, you can lead with intention instead of getting pulled along by it.

Session 2: Communication That Sticks

Most communication training teaches you what to say. This one teaches you why what you're already saying isn't landing - and what to do about it. Built on the SCARF foundation from Session 1, it's the difference between talking and being heard.

Session 3: The Hard Conversations

Most people avoid the hard conversation until it turns into a bigger problem - they rehearse it, soften it until it says nothing, or hope it fixes itself. This session gives you a way to walk into it with clarity instead of dread, so you can say the hard things without damaging relationships. Resilience isn't being unbothered by conflict - its being willing to have the conversation anyway, and knowing how to have it well.

Session 4: Feedback That Builds, Not Breaks

Understand how the brain responds to feedback and use strategies that reduce defensiveness and increase learning. Build a feedback culture that encourages growth, resilience, and lasting behaviour change.

Session 5: Decision Making & Accountability

Make better decisions by understanding how the brain responds under pressure. Build accountability by setting clear expectations, creating ownership, and consistently inspecting what you expect.

Session 6: Coach the Person, Not the Problem

Learn to coach the person behind the performance, not just the problem in front of you. Build self-awareness, ownership, and lasting growth through conversations that create insight instead of dependence.

Session 7: Leading for the Future

Bring your leadership learning together as you prepare to lead through change, uncertainty, and growth. Build resilient teams, develop future leaders, and create a lasting leadership impact.
